Team Entries - Cancellation greater than 21 days prior to start of league or activity -- Full refund of amount paid, less a $50 service charge. - Cancellation less than 21 days of start of league or activity if the activity is sold-out and a suitable replacement is made -- Full refund less $50 service charge. - Cancellation less than 21 days prior to the start date or activity date if the activity is not sold out and/or no replacement is made -- No refund. - Unpaid balances that remain after the payment deadline -- Teams are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of all monies paid. Individual Entries - Cancellation greater than 10 days prior to the start date or activity date -- Refund of the amount paid less $5-$15 service charge. - Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the start date or activity date if it is sold out and a replacement is made -- Refund of the amount paid less a $5-$15 service charge. - Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the start date or activity, and it not sold out and/or no replacement is made -- No refund. - Boston Ski & Sports Club reserves the right to exclude intoxicated or disorderly persons from any portion of an activity or trip without refund of money.

- If your team plans to forfeit a game AND not show up at the field, you MUST contact BSSC and/or the other team captain in advance. If the league is on a weeknight, you must do so by 2pm. For weekend games, it must be by 2pm on Friday. Penalties apply if not adhered to. See complete Forfeit Policy.
- In certain leagues and circumstances, teams may pick up other players from within the league to avoid forfeit and/or to be able to play at full strength. See the complete Picking Up Players Policy.
- All participants must adhere to the Sportsmanship Policy.

- Participants age13 and under must be accompanied by a parent and carry a Parental Consent Form . Participants age 14-17 must carry Parental Consent Form.
- The BSSC trip escort’s only responsibility is to ascertain to the best of their abilities that the tour features in your package are carried out by the companies under contract to BSSC. You are responsible to judge your own ability to participate based on your own physical capabilities and endurance, the weather, conditions, and anything else pertaining to the activity. The participation by a BSSC escort does not indicate that the activity is safe or suitable for you.
- Boston Ski & Sports Club (BSSC) is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, resulting from participation in, parking at, or traveling to and from activities. See the complete Ski Waiver & Release Agreement, which you will be asked to sign before boarding the bus for the trip.
- BSSC is not responsible for costs or inconveniences incurred if a participant’s circumstances cause him/her to miss any part of the scheduled transportation.
