Unless otherwise stated in the specific activity confirmation, the following applies:
- All prices and arrangements are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by the dates indicated. Some activities will note different cancellation terms in the confirmation and these terms supersede all.
- Cancellation greater than 10 days prior to the activity-- refund of the amount paid less $5-$15 service charge.
- Cancellation less than 10 days prior to the start date or activity date and if the activity is sold-out and a suitable replacement is made -- Refund of amount paid less a $5-$15 service charge.
- Cancellation less than 10 days of the activity and no replacement is made -- No refund.
- Boston Ski & Sports Club reserves the right to exclude intoxicated or disorderly persons from any portion of an activity or trip without refund of money.
- The Boston Ski & Sports Club escort reserves the right to disallow your participation if he/she feels that your fitness, equipment, supplies, etc. put your safety or the safety of the group at risk.
- There is no refund for unused services
- Participants must be 21 or older. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis subject to the discretion of the BSSC Social Program Manager.
- You are responsible to judge your own ability to participate based on your own physical capabilities and endurance, the weather, conditions, and anything else pertaining to the activity.
- Boston Ski & Sports Club (BSSC) is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, resulting from participation in, parking at, or traveling to and from activities. See the complete Activity Waiver & Release Agreement, which you will be asked to sign at the activity.
