  • Games listed as "Albemarle SB" are played on the open sofball field in right field of the baseball diamond. Games listed as "Albemarle Fence" are played on the fenced in softball field behind the pool.

From Boston or Mass Pike:
Mass Pike (West) to exit 17- Newton, Follow Washington St for approx. 1/2 mile to Walnut St, GO Right at the light. Follow 1/4 mile to Watertown St. GO left at the light. Follow 1/4 mile to right Albermarle Rd. - GO Right (Horace Mann School), Field is on the right after the pool and baseball field.

 

From Route 128:
Rt. 128 to exit 21B (if going north) OR exit 22 (if going south ) onto Rt 16 East. Follow Rt. 16 East to West Newton Square (approx 2 miles). At fork in road, bear left onto Watertown St. Go 1/2 mile down on left is Albermarle Rd. - GO Left. Field is the right after the pool and baseball field.

 

Public Transportation:
Green line to Woodland. Woodland is on Rt 16 so just follow the directions above from RT 16, but it is a bit of a walk (2 miles or so).

 

 


Arsenal Park

From Storrow Drive:
Follow towards Newton. TV 4 on your left, look for the Brighton Center/Watertown exit. Get off that exit and turn right onto Arsenal St. Go through two sets of traffic lights. At the third set of traffic lights, turn left into the Arsenal Mall (main entrance). At Marshalls, turn right. At the end of the building turn left. Enter Arsenal Park and field will be directly ahead. Park in field lot.

 

From Route 93:
Follow directions from Storrow Drive

 

From Route 128:
Get on Mass Pike to Cambridge/Allston exit. Follow the Brighton sign. At 3rd set of lights take a right onto Lincoln St. Follow to end. At lights (Hogan's Run Pub on corner) take right onto Birmingham Pkwy. At second set of lights, turn left onto Arsenal St.

 

 

BB&N Buckingham Field
190 Fresh Pond Parkway, Cambridge 02138

  • Located on Fresh Pond Pkwy opposite Cambridge reservoir between Huron Ave and Poplar Rd.

From Route 2
At the end of the highway portion of Route 2 E you will come to the Alewife T Stop. Continue on Rte. 2 past two lights, up over the bridge, past whole foods & Dunkin Donuts, to the rotary. Continue around the rotary to 9-oclock, following most of the traffic. At the next rotary, approximately 200 yards, stay to the right and once out of the rotary immediately move into the left lane. The field is on the left just past the next traffic light which is in front of the auto dealership and often blinking. Parking is a dirt lot just before the field. It is very difficult to make this left hand turn against 2 lanes of on coming traffic, so be careful. you may need to pass the field and turn around.

 

From BB&N School (80 Gerry's Landing Cambridge)
Continue past the school with the Nicholas Athletic Center on your left. After going through the light immediately in front of the school you will come up to a fork in the road with traffic lights at Mt. Auburn St. Stay to the right and continue up the hill through two more lights; Brattle St. and Huron Ave. You need to stay in the right lane all along this stretch. Once past Huron Ave. (the field comes quickly, so be ready to turn right)continue down the hill and just after it bears to the right you will come across the field on your right. Put on your blinker as you are going down the hill, if you don't you may get rear ended as you need to almost come to a stop to enter the parking lot. Parking is a dirt lot just after the field.

 

 


BHCC - Bunker Hill Community College

  • Athletic fields are located on the Upper Field. On the North Side of the school. There is a Baseball field (closest to the parking lot) & a Softball field (farthest field north from school).

From Route 93 South:
Take Sullivan Square/Rutherford Ave. exit (just after carpool lane - So do no t take carpool lane). Take next ramp on left marked Boston via Sullivan Square and follow to lights (Sullivan Square overpass is now closed); before moving getting to lights move into middle lane, go thru lights bearing right (follow detour signs), Hood Milk will be ahead on the right. Pass one street on the right. Entrance to BHCC is in the middle of the next block. Upper Field will be on your right, Lower field is behind the school.

 

From Route 93 North:
Take exit 28 (new exit). Make a right at end of ramp (follow signs to Rt 99) and then take first right at first light. Immediately bear right, you never really get on the rotary, follow this passing Hood Milk on the right. Pass one street on the right. Entrance to BHCC is in the middle of the next block. Upper Field will be on your right, Lower field is behind the school.

 

From Memorial Drive:
Follow Memorial Drive East to exit marked Expressway N&S/Charlestown. Continue on this road through underpass to Cambridge Parkway beyond Royal Sonesta Hotel. Go across major intersection and over Gilmore (Prison Point) Bridge. Make right at lights and right into Sand & Gravel Company. Make right at stop sign and follow road around college. Lower Field is on your right, The rest are ahead on the left.

 

From Storrow Drive:
Follow Storrow Drive East almost to the end, and exit left following signs for McGrath O'Brien Highway, and follow past Museum of Science, at 2nd set of lights turn right onto Gilmore (Prison Point) Bridge. Go over bridge, and make right at lights and right into Sand & Gravel Company. Make right at stop sign and follow road around college. Lower Field is on your right, The rest are ahead on the left.

 

Public Transportation:
Take the MBTA Orange Line to Community College Station. This drops you at the South end of campus. The fields are at the other end of the school.

 

 

Bigelow School/Burr Playground

  • Softball field is behind the school, best access is via Waverley ave & Arlington Streets.

From Mass Pike
Exit 17 Newton Corner.  If you're coming westbound, cross the Pike around the hotel pass Centre Street and bear Right onto Washington St.  If you're coming eastbound, after the exit ramp, pass Centre Street and bear Right onto Washington St..

 

Once on Washington St - Take a right onto Waverly and go up the hill.  There is some street parking on the surrounding streets of Waverley, Arlington, Park, Vernon & Tremont.  There is also a small parking lot at the school that is accessible from Park St.


Billings Field

128 Route South to Exit 20 for Route 9 East:
Take Rt. 9 East past Atrium Mall (will be on right). Take ?Hyde Park? exit off Rt. 9 onto Hammond Pond Parkway (Milton?s and Suisse Chalet) on right. At bottom of exit, take right. At rotary, take 2nd exit onto LaGrange St. Follow LaGrange across VFW Parkway and continue to Centre St intersection. Go across Centre St. The Complex is on your left. The field we use is closest to this intersection. Park where you can.

 

128 Route South to Exit 18 for Great Plain Ave/West Roxbury:
Follow signs for West Roxbury. This is Needham Street. Follow to Rt. 109, and go left on 109/Spring Street and cross VFW Parkway (Rt 1). Follow Spring to end and bear left onto Centre St. Pass St. Theresa?s, and at next big intersection go right onto LaGrange. The Complex is on your left. The field we use is closest to this intersection. Park where you can.

 

From Cleveland Circle:
Take Chestnut Hill Ave. to Rt. 9. Cross over Rt. 9. Take left & immediate right onto Lee St. Take Lee St. to end (turns into Clyde St.). Take right at light onto Newton St. Bear Left at Exxon station (turns into Grove St.). Take next Left onto Allandale Rd. (Walnut Hills Cemetery on Corner), Take Allandale to end. (Faulkner Hospital on left). At end/light, take right onto Centre St., At Mobile Station, go straight through lights, staying on Centre St. (DO NOT bear right onto VFW Pkwy). At Rotary, (Holy Name Church on right), take 2nd right to stay on Centre St. Follow for 8/10 miles, and you will see light poles for field behind stores. There are several open gates along here, so you can park on Centre or any side street. OR turn left onto LaGrange and start looking for parking.

 

From Fenway:
(people going from Cambridge/Somerville should probably follow this once in Fenway area): Take Brookline Ave. past Hospitals to Riverway. Take Left onto Riverway. Take Riverway/Jamaicaway past Jamaica Pond. Go straight through rotary, following signs for Dedham/Providence. At next rotary, take first right onto Centre St., still following signs for Dedham/Providence/Hospital on Centre St. Go past Faulkner Hospital (will be on Right). Go straight through lights (Mobile station on right), staying on Centre St. (DO NOT bear right onto VFW Pkwy). At rotary (Holy Name Church on right), take 2nd right to stay on Centre St. Follow for 8/10 miles, and you will see light poles for field behind stores. There are several open gates along here, so you can park on Centre or any side street. OR turn left onto LaGrange and start looking for parking.

 

Public Transportation:
Commuter Rail to West Roxbury Stop on the Needham Line, Walk ¼ down LaGrange St (crossing Centre) to field.

  • Blue Hills Baseball (BH BB) is the field on the left as you look down the hill from behind the school.

From Route 128:
Go south on Rte. 128 (Stay on 128S/93N – DO NOT go 95 South) to exit 2A. Follow Route 138 South. See Rte. 138 directions Below.

 

From Boston:
Go South on Rte. 93. Take exit 2A and follow Rte. 138 South. See Rte. 138 directions Below.

 

Once on Route 138 South:
Straight through lights, at second set of lights take a left onto Randolph St., School is ¼ mile up on left. Turn into school, and follow road around to left, keeping school on you right. Go around to the back of the school, Field is in front of you down the hill.

 

Burt Field

Take Exit 24 for Rt 30 West, follow Rt 30 West for 1.4 miles adn turn left onto Oak st.  After .6 miles turn left onto Gail Rd.  Continue thru gate onto dirt entrance and park at an angle on the left. 

 

From Boston:
Take Mass Pike West to 128 North.  Follow above directions

 


Boston Common SB Field

  • The field is located at the corner of Boylston Street and Charles Street. Park on Boylston or Charles St, or in the underground garage under the Common.

Public Transportation:
Take the Red Line to Park Street Station.

 

 


Burr School

  • MBTA #505 EXPRESS Bus from downtown Boston goes right to the school (the back of the fields on Lexington St)

From Route 128:
Take exit 24 for Rte. 30 East and turn toward Newton, follow past Marriott for .8 miles, at Mobil turn left onto Lexington St., after .3 miles turn right onto Orris St., left on Washburn, and then left on Pine. Burr School is ahead on left, enter lot after school.

 

From Boston:
Mass Pike West to Exit 17, Watertown/Newton Corner. Follow signs for W. Newton, Pass Sheraton Tara and Applebee's, go west on Washington St. for 2.2 miles (pass Armory), after CVS turn right onto Waltham St., take 2nd left onto River St., follow till Pine and go left. School is ahead on right, parking is before school.

 
Cabot Field

  • This field is utilized for Sunday Softball. Softball field is the diamond between the fenced in little league field and the large baseball field.

From Mass Pike
Exit 17 Newton Corner. If you're coming westbound, cross the Pike around the hotel to Centre Street. If you're coming eastbound, after the exit ramp, make the first right onto Centre Street. Follow Centre Street to the second light. Turn right onto Cabot Street. The field is about 1/2 mile on the right.

 

From Route 128
Exit 21 (northbound) or Exit 21A (southbound)--Waban/West Newton. Take Route 16 to Commonwealth Avenue (Route 30)--fire station on the right. Turn right on to Commonwealth. The fourth set of lights is Centre Street. Turn left onto Centre Street. Just after you pass Mount Alvernia High School (on the right), turn left at the next light onto Cabot Street. The field is about 1/2 mile on the right.

 

 


Cassidy Field 
Cleveland Circle, Brighton 02135

  • Utilized for Softball. We use the SB field closest to the Reservoir and farthest away from Cleveland Circle.

From Route 128:
Exit for Route 9 East (towards Boston). Go approximately 4 miles. (You'll go through many lights, past the Chestnut Hill Mall on the left). After about the 4 mile mark, you'll hit a large intersection with roads coming from all directions, (just before Brookline Reservoir). Get into the left turn lane - Left onto Chestnut Hill Ave. (Although there are no signs to indicate this, you should see a fairly large green sign indicating "Cleveland Circle".) Go approximately one mile to a large intersection, (with MBTA Subway tracks, and Showcase Theater/Applebees on left). The field complex is on the left immediately after the Applebees. You can turn left onto Beacon Street and look for parking. We use the field closest to the Reservoir

From Storrow Drive:
Kenmore Sq. Exit; Follow signs for Kenmore Sq. and you'll be on Beacon St. At the large intersection, stay on Beacon - taking the "middle" road, straight through. Follow Beacon St. a few miles/several lights to Cleveland Circle at Chestnut Hill Ave. - Cassidy Field complex is ahead on the left. We use the softball field closest to the reservoir.

Public Transportation:
MBTA Green "C" Line to the end in Brookline. It ends at Cleveland Circle.

 

 

Center SB

From the South:
Take 95 N to exit 28A, Trapello Rd. Take a right on Trapello Rd. Next take a left on Smith St., wich turns into Spring St. Proceed to Marrett Rd. on your right (MA-2A). Next, take a left on Waltham St., and proceed to Worthen St. on left

 

From the North:
Take 93 S to exit 37B (Waltham). Take the Rt-45/Rt-225E exit 31A. Merge onto MA 225/MA-4, Bedford St. Then proceed to Worthen St. on your right.


Clarke Middle School
99 Brookside Ave, Lexington 02421

  • Softball field is located just beyond the tennis courts
  • No Dogs allowed (unless on a leash)

From Route 128:
Get off at Exit 30A (Lexington, Route 2A). Follow 2A (Marrett Road) for approximately 1.5 miles to the first traffic light at the intersection of Route 2A and Waltham Street. Turn right onto Waltham Street and go to the first traffic light. Turn left onto Brookside Avenue and follow this road to the school.

 

From Route 2 (heading East)
Exit onto Route 128 (I-95) heading north. Then follow the directions above.

 

From Route 2 (heading West)
Get off at Exit 54B (Waltham Street). Go approximately one-half mile to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Brookside Avenue and follow this road to the school.

 

Public Transportation:
The school is accessible by 2 MBTA busses that depart from the Alewife T Station in Cambridge. Route 76 stops at the corner of Marrett Road and Waltham. Walk south on Waltham Street to the first trafficlight. Turn left on to Brookside Avenue and follow this road to the school. Route 62 stops in Lexington Center. Take the Lexpress Bus (Route 2) which departs from Depot Square to the stop at the corner of Waltham Street and Brookside Avenue. Follow Brookside Avenue to the school.

 

 


Cochituate Field

From Route 128:
Take Route 128 to Exit 24 (Rt. 30 Waltham/Weston), follow Rt. 30 toward Weston, follow Route 30 for approximately 5 miles, Route 30 will then fork. Take the right fork onto East Plain St, this turns into West Plain Street, field will be on your left.

 

 

 

Connell 2

  • Connell 2 is at the end of Cleveland Street, off of River Street.

From Route 128:
Take Rt 1 North (Exit 15) towards Dedham (3-4 miles), after World Gym/Furniture Store and just before Circuit City & Dedham Mall - go right onto Washington St., Follow Washington St into West Roxbury, after 1-2 miles turn right onto Enneking Pkwy. If you come to Osco drug & Burger King, you just passed it. Follow below directions.

 

From Downtown Boston/Cambridge
take Riverway/Jamaica way past Jamaica Pond, past rotary & Faulkner hospital continue onto VFW Parkway/Rt 1 South. At next rotary take 3rd exit onto West Roxbury Pkwy, follow to and cross Washington St. You are now on Enneking Parkway. Follow below directions.

 

Once on Enneking Parkway
Follow Enneking Pkwy for 1.5 miles to stop sign, go left. The field complex is the first thing you come to on the right. For Field # 2, take first right before field complex, follow road, keeping fields on your left. At fork bear left, pass tennis courts, turn left onto Brainard rd. Field is at the end on the left.

 

 

 

Curtis Middle School

From Route 128:
Take exit 25 for Rt 30 towards Weston, follow Rt 30 (South Ave) and go right onto Newton St, then turn left onto Rt 20 for 3.5 miles, turn right onto rt 126/27 and follow Rt 27 for 3.5 miles, and turn left onto Peakham rd. Peakham road is a small road, its a left about 50 yards after the traffic light in the center of Sudbury (if you make it to where route 27 makes a right hand turn across from the fire station, you've gone too far). follow Peakham for 1 mile and at the stop sign turn right onto Pratts Mill rd. The school will be right there on your right.

 

From Route 128 (coming from North of Waltham):
Take exit 26 for Rt 20 West, after Pasing Newton st contiue for 3.5 miles, turn right onto rt 126/27 and follow Rt 27 for 3.5 miles, and turn left onto Peakham rd. Peakham road is a small road, its a left about 50 yards after the traffic light in the center of Sudbury (if you make it to where route 27 makes a right hand turn across from the fire station, you've gone too far). follow Peakham for 1 mile and at the stop sign turn right onto Pratts Mill rd. The school will be right there on your right.

 

 Cusick Field, Veterans Memorial Field Complex

From Route 128: take Exit 28 Trapelo Road. Head east at the top of the ramp towards Waltham. Follow Trapelo Rd. thru 2 sets of lights. Continue straight on Trapelo Rd. and take a right at Forest Street (9th street on right after lights). Veteran’s Memorial Fields will be on the left. 

 

Once in the complex, Drive past the soccer fields to the end of the parking lot, as the Softball fields are in the back.  There are 2 fenced in fields - they are named Cusick & Middlebrook.

 


Daisy Field

From Boston:
Take Jamaicaway south over Rt. 9 and past small (Leverett) pond. At next light, make a right onto Willow Pond Rd. and park in small parking lot or along road.

 

From South:
Heading north on the Jamaicaway, look for Bynner St. on right (next intersection after Perkins St.), and make left on to Willow Pond Rd. at light.

 

 


Daly Field
120 Nonantum Road, Brighton 02135


From Mass Pike:
Exit at Newton/Watertown (Exit 17). When you get off, follow the signs for Watertown. You will be on Galen Street. Stay on Galen until you get to a light with a bus depot on the right. Turn right at the lights. This is Nonantum Road. Daly Field is about 1/2 mile down on the left. Daly Field is about 1/2 mile down on the Left.

 

From Storrow Drive:
Take Storrow Drive WEST. Storrow Drive will turn into Soldiers Field Road. You will pass Channel 4, Staples, and Days Inn, all on your left. When you pass the IHOP, look for the flashing yellow light. Stay left. Do not cross over the Charles River! At this point, Soldiers Field Road turns into Nonantum Road. Daly Field will be down on the right.

 

 


Danehy Park

From Boston:
Take Memorial Drive to Fresh Pond Parkway heading West towards Rt. 2. At the small rotary you will see Sozio Appliance store directly ahead. Go into the rotary and immediately after Sozio, take a soft right onto New St. (not Bay State Rd). Go approximately ¼ mile and you will see the Park and a parking lot.

 

From Route 128/Route 2:
From 128 North and South, take Rt. 2 East(Cambridge/Boston) to Alewife Parkway. Pass Alewife T station and continue through the rotary at the Ground Round towards Boston. At the next rotary, reverse your direction and just after the Sozio appliance store, take a soft right onto New St. (not Bay State St.). Go approximately ¼ mile and you will see the Park and a parking lot.

 

Where to go once at Park:
Once at Danehy, from the parking lot...Softball fields are on top of the hill beyond the lighted soccer field. SB field 2 is in the middle and is the largest field.

 

 


Diamond 2 SB
99 Hancock Street, Lexington 02420

  • The field is located behind the school.

 

 

Donnelly Field
40 Williow Street, Cambridge 02141

  • All streets around Donnelly Field are one way. Nearly all street parking is "Permit only". if there is an empty spot you can take your chances in these spots.
  • There are two 20 car lots next to Harrington School - Follow Willow St to end & go left on York, then left on Berkshire. The 1st lot is just after the park & before the school, the 2nd one has a small entrance between two bulidings.
  • Softball games are played on the field closest to the school (it does NOT have a fence)

From Route 93:
Take Route 93 until you reach the exit for Storrow Drive. After the exit, instead of going straight onto Storrow Drive, take a Right towards the Museum of Science. Follow the bridge across the river, putting the Museum of Science on your Left. At the light at the end of this bridge, go straight across onto Cambridge Street. Once on Cambridge Street, you will come to a fork in the road. Bear left, putting the Lechmere T station on your right. Continue straight on Cambridge Street until you see the Harrington Elementary School on your left hand side. After the Harrington, make a left onto Willow Street. Donnelly Field will be on your left hand side behind the Frisoli Youth Center

 

From Memorial Drive East:
Take Memorial Drive towards the Museum of Science. After you pass the Cambridge side Galleria, get in the left hand lane. Take a left onto Cambridge Street. Once on Cambridge Street, you will come to a fork in the road. Bear left, putting the Lechmere T station on your right. Continue straight on Cambridge Street until you see the Harrington Elementary School on your left hand side. After the Harrington, make a left onto Willow Street. Donnelly Field will be on your left hand side behind the Frisoli Youth Center

 

Public Transportation:
Bus 85 Kendall/MIT via Union Square. Bus stops at Windsor Street/Lincoln Street. Continue down Lincoln Street to Willow Street-Should see Field in front of you.

 

 


Ebersol Fields

Charlesbank park, Boston 02114

  • This field is located between Storrow Drive and the Charles River. It is between Leverett Circle and the Hatch Shell, across from Mass Eye & Ear.
  • Also known as Teddy Ebersol Fields and formerly known as Charlesbank Field
  • Parking can be tough, but if you allow enough time you will find some. Public transportation is your best bet!

  • Permit only parking (Available for Sunday Parking) is available on Charles St and other area streets. You will need to use the walking bridges over storrow drive to acess the field.

Parking: 

There are several options for Parking. 1) From Leverett Connector heading WEST on Storrow drive there is a small parking lot (just before field). This Lot holds 20 cars, if no spaces wait 5-10 minutes. 2) BEFORE you come to the above lot there is also an option to park at the State Police Station (Go as far to the back & left - behind the buildings) and walk to the field. 3) Another option is the Mass Eye & Ear lot that is between East & Westbound storrow drive, you enter this lot as a left exit on Westbound and Government center exit from Eastbound (visit Mass Eye & ear parking for more details)

 

Public Transportation:

MBTA Green Line to Science Park station. Cross street and walk to the left along Storrow Drive with the river to your right. Fields are on right.  MBTA Red Line to MGH/Charles Street station. Cross footbridge over Storrow Drive toward river. At end of bridge, walk with river on your left. Fields are approximately 50 yards from footbridge.

 

 


Evans Field

From the North:

Take 93 South to Exit 15 (Columbia Rd/South Boston).  At Bottom of Ramp, take left at Lights, Follow signs for South Boston, follow onto Rotary, exit Rotary following signs for South Boston/Castle Island. Follow Rd until you come to Pleasure Bay, field will be on your left right next to a skating rink

 

From the South:

Take 93 North to Exit 14 (Morrissey Blvd/JFK).  Follow Morrsissey Blvd adn Bayside Expo, follow to South boston/Day Blvd/Castle Island. Follow Rd until you come to Pleasure Bay, field will be on your left right next to a skating rink.

 

Public Transportation:
JFK/UMass subway station @ Columbia Rd. is approx 2 miles away

 

 

 

Filipello Field

From Route 128:
Take Exit 29A for Route 2 East, follow to end and bear right onto Rt 16 West/Fresh Pond Parkway (this still Rt 2) Follow past Fresh Pond Mall and new Water treatment plant (you will go thru 2 rotaries). At next lights turn right on Huron Ave (to stay on Rt 16 W). Continue on Rt. 16 West by turning left onto Aberdeen and then Right onto Mt Auburn st. At intersection of Arlington St (stop light & gas station on right) turn left onto Arlington St, then stay left at fork to go onto Grove St. Follow for almost .5 miles and turn right in Flipello Park. Park in Lot, field is ahead of you.

 

From Storrow Drive:
Follow towards Newton. Pass TV 4 on your left, look for the Brighton Center/Watertown exit on your right. Get off that exit and turn right onto Arsenal St. Go over Charles River, and immediately turn right onto Greenough Blvd., take first left onto Grove St., follow up hill and across Coolidge Ave. Entrance to Park is ahead on left, Park in Lot, and walk to field.

 

From Mass Pike:
Take Cambridge/Allston exit. Follow the Brighton sign. At 3rd set of lights take a right onto Lincoln St. Follow to end. At lights (Hogan?s Run Pub on corner) take right onto Birmingham Pkwy. At second set of lights, turn left onto Arsenal St. (see above from Arsenal St).

From Mass Pike Westbound:
Take exit 17- towards Newton/Watertown. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Stay straight to go onto Centre St. which becomes Galen St. See directions from Galen St. below.

 

From Mass Pike Eastbound:
Take exit 17- towards Newton/Watertown. Enter Newton Corner Rotary. Exit rotary at Galen St. (Follow signs for Watertown)Once on Galen St, follow directions below.

 

From Galen Street:
Follow Galen St for about 1/4 of a mile. Turn left onto Aldrich Rd. (Aldrich St is before the light for Rte 16, you cannot turn left on Rte 16 between the hours of 3pm and 7pm). At the stop sign, turn left onto Watertown St./Rte. 16. Take your first right onto 5th Ave. At the stop sign, turn left onto California St. The entrance to the park will be your first right turn after you pass McDonalds.

 

From Storrow Drive/Soldiers Field Road:
Follow Storrow Drive Westbound until it becomes Soldiers Field Rd. Continue on Soldiers Field Rd into Brighton past Daly Field and the Ice Rink. (At this point it is now Nonantum Rd). Continue on Nonantum Rd until you come to the lights at the intersection of Galen St. Go Straight through the lights and bear right at the fork. You are now on California St. Once on California St. the entrance to the park will be the first right after you pass McDonalds.


 

Ginn Field
31 Bacon Street, Winchester 01890

  • The lights on this field go out immediately after the last game, so please plan acordingly and know where your keys and stuff are.

From 93 North and South:
Take Exit 33 (sign says Fellsway West, but it’s commonly known as Roosevelt Circle). Take the exit for South Border Road. If you are driving from the South, be aware that you must go approximately 3/4 of the way around the rotary to get to the exit for South Border Road. Take South Border all the way to a 5 way intersection. Take the bear left, or the road at 10 o’clock on the dial. This is the beginning of Mystic Valley Pkwy. Go through two traffic lights. Take a right just after the second light onto Waterfield Rd. 50 yds and then immediately left into commuter lot (across from Post office). Drive to end of the lot and follow road into woods, it leads directly to the field and you can park in a lot there. (If you go by Waterfield Rd, just keep going another few hundred yards and you’ll see the field on the right at the intersection with Bacon St. You can park on Bacon St, and walk in from there.

 

Alternative exit from Route 93:
Take exit 32 for Route 60 West, after lights get in right hand lane and go thru Medford Square. At small rotary go right onto 38 West/Winthrop St. Go thru lights at Lawrence St, and travel 1.5 miles (Pass the entrance to Medford HS and follow 38 into Winchester) to flashing light/rotary and go right/straight onto Bacon St. Field is ahead on right, Park on street OR turn right BEFORE field onto Mystic Valley Pkwy. Travel .5 miles and take left after Winchester HS fields onto Waterfield Rd., and then immediately left into commuter lot (across from Post office). Drive to end of the lot and follow road into woods, it leads directly to the field and you can park in a lot there.

 

From Route 128 North and South:
(if you get lost easily, go around to Rte. 93, since all games here are at 8pm - non traffic time.) Get off at Winn St. exit coming from South, or Rte. 38 coming from North. Winn St merges with 38 in Woburn center anyway. From Woburn Center on Rte. 38, go another 3 miles to center of Winchester, where you come to a rotary. Go halfway round and continue on Rte. 38. Take first right, in front of the Starbucks. Go to the end of that street, the entrance to the commuter rail parking lot will be right across the street. At back of parking lot is road to the field. Drive to end of the lot and follow road into woods, it leads directly to the softball field and you can park behind home plate.

 

 


Gore Street Park
Approx:  20 McGrath Highway, East Cambridge 02141

  • There are many, many ways to get to this field. It is between Cambridge Street and McGrath Highway. From Cambridge Street, take 6th Street to Gore Street.
  • Gore St. Field is behind the McDonalds & Star Market in the Twin City Plaza, which is on McGrath/O'Brien Hwy.

From Boston:
Get to Museum of Science, Go past it and continue onto Mcgrath/O?Brien Hwy. Less than one mile ahead you will see Twin City Plaza of left, turn here (Sav More Liquors is on right). Park at Star Market. Field is next to MDC rink.

 

From the North:
Take Route 93, to Rte. 28 exit (exit 29). Follow McGrath/O?Brien Hwy. South thru Somerville & into Cambridge. Turn into Twin City Plaza. Park at Star Market. Field is next to MDC rink.

 

 

 

 

From Route 128: take Exit 28 Trapelo Road. Head east at the top of the ramp towards Waltham. Follow Trapelo Rd. thru 2 sets of lights. Continue straight on Trapelo Rd. and take a right at Forest Street (9th street on right after lights). Veteran’s Memorial Fields will be on the left. 

 

Once in the complex, Drive past the soccer fields to the end of the parking lot, as the Softball fields are in the back.  There are 2 fenced in fields - they are named Cusick & Middlebrook.
